Call for Papers!

Check out your dusty bookshelves and filing cabinets! The STC is soliciting papers, manuals, documentation, marketing materials and "hard to find" artifacts that document the systems and techniques that can aid prior art searches.

Everyone is welcome!

The STC accepts materials from members and non-members alike. Note the STC will not distribute any materials which are not in the public domain or for which it has not obtained permission to distribute.

Board of Directors

The STC founding BoD is comprised of technologists and attorneys who have worked together for the past year to create an organization that can help large and small companies alike.

STC Status

The STC was officially founded in December 2009 as a corporation and is in the process of filing for nonprofit status as a trade organization.

While the power of the STC lies in the individual members who bring history and technical expertise to our member resources, the funding comes from companies joining the STC. Member benefits include

Membership Criteria

Any company, university, research institution or individual may join the Speech Technology Consortium provided they agree to abide by the bylaws of the organization.

Membership Levels

Supporters - membership dues $3000.00 per year

Gold Members - membership dues $5000.00 and above per year

Associate Members - membership is free with Board approval

Individual Members - membership dues $500.00 per year


Members may terminate their membership at any point. The membership fees paid for the current year are not refundable.
